Mission Statement and our Values
Wideaware Training and Consultancy Ltd are set up to provide a variety of innovative Disability Equality Training courses to corporate firms, public authorities and the third sector. The training is delivered via face to face, online and blended courses.
We value the ability and contribution of disabled people to society and the economy. We actively promote this through our training and our business practices by:
• Striving to use accessible media in our communication, website and training formats.
• Actively seeking to employ associate trainers with personal experience of disability.
• Actively seeking to collaborate and enter partnerships with businesses and organisation owned or part-owned by disabled people or those actively promoting the social model of disability.
