This website can be navigated without using a mouse, by pressing the TAB key, to select the next link in the page structure, followed by the ENTER key or SPACE bar to activate the link. Press the SHIFT and TAB keys together to move to the previous link in the page structure.
This web site has not set access keys due to the potential for making the site less accessible to users who have their own access keys configured, or who use an assistive technology that uses access keys.
