The best ever training we had implemented at Ofcom and this was backed up with not just the assessment results but feedback from teams.

Opportunity through inclusion

Wideaware work with organisations who realise that being inclusive is an opportunity, not just a compliance requirement. An opportunity to widen their customer base, enhance their reputation, and increase their profits.

We help by providing disability equality training, e-learning, and a range of access consultancy services, so that everyone in the organisation is ready to deliver an equal service to all customers.

How can we help you?

E-learning

Flexible and convenient disability equality training for staff, with 24/7 access. We offer essential units on Inclusive Customer Service, the Equality Act, and Inclusion in the Workplace. We also produce custom e-learning and offer discussion-driven moderated e-learning for teams to help them develop strategies for inclusion.
