Bringing the power of disabled consumers to UK's Shopping Centres

Wideaware will be presenting a ground-breaking workshop at the National British Council Conference of Shopping Centres in Bournemouth, March 1st -3rd .

With £15 billion invested over the next 5 years to increase UK transport capacity by up to 183 million passengers a year and £100 million invested in more accessible transport infrastructure connecting Europe and the rest of the UK with London – an unprecedented number of disabled customers will travel within and to the UK to visit places of interest and to shop.

Wideaware will demonstrate how large retail centres can benefit from improved accessibility and training in inclusive customer service to disabled people who have a combined power of £55b a year in the UK alone.
