Wideaware are delighted to report we’ve been commissioned to provide consultancy services and face to face training to the staff of First Great Western Train operating Company, recently awarded as Train Operating Company of the Year. As a commitment to their high standards, First Great Western are acting on their staff need for more up-to-date training and improved disability awareness.
Wideaware will work in partnership with them to train their in-house trainers to enable them cost-effective training provision to their staff whilst ensuring delivery of inclusive customer service for all their customers.
