Blended learning

A blended training approach combining face-to-face sessions with online learning can be the most effective solution in bringing about real improvements to the service provided by your organisation to your disabled customers or clients.

Typically this approach consists of a kick-off session, delivered face-to-face, followed by online activities and resources. The e-learning component may be facilitator-led with activities structured to fit in with the schedules of participants or it can be entirely self-paced with participants accessing the training on demand.

The advantage of this blended approach is that participants have greater opportunity reflect upon what they have experienced in the training and can incorporate continued learning into their normal work schedule. Access to our online resources and toolkits can provide a valuable source of ‘just-in-time’ training.
