How is our online training different?

How does it work?
We host the online training course on our servers. Each participant is given a username and password to access the training – they can do this whenever they like and from wherever they have an internet connection. Although the online training is optimised for broadband connections alternative versions of content such as videos are offered for those on a slower connection.
Each course is moderated by an experienced facilitator with personal experience of disability who guides learners through the activities and provides them with feedback and encouragement accomplished through the use of email, discussion boards and live chat rooms as appropriate.
We will customise each online course to meet the needs of your staff – training can be self-paced or scheduled with differing levels of facilitator involvement.
