Inclusive Customer Service
This workshop will equip your customer service staff with the confidence to provide inclusive service to any customer, irrespective of disability. The work revolves around identifying the issues that are important for disabled customers and the principles of the Social Model of Disability – rather than attempting to memorise etiquette.
Delegates gain an appreciation of the barriers disabled customers or service users experience and are able to identify practical and cost-effective adjustments they can make in their day-to-day work.
